These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Listroh ("we", "us") governing your use of the Listroh mobile application and any related website (the "Service"). By accepting these Terms on first launch, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Listroh. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. In some jurisdictions a higher minimum age may apply under local law (e.g. 16 in certain EU member states under GDPR). You are responsible for ensuring you comply with your local requirements.
If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Purchase and access
Listroh is a paid application distributed through Google Play. By purchasing the app you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control.
Refunds
Google Play provides an automatic refund window of two hours from the time of purchase. After this window, refund requests are handled by Google Play support in accordance with Google's refund policy. We do not control refund decisions made by Google.
What your purchase includes
Your purchase grants access to all features described on our Play Store listing at the time of purchase, including:
- Creating, editing, and managing personal lists (normal and Top 10)
- Submitting Top 10 lists for publication to the global feed
- Browsing and saving published lists from other users
- Following other users and favouriting lists
- A public profile with avatar, bio, and published lists
We may introduce optional additional features in future updates. Any features that require an additional purchase will be clearly labelled as such and will not replace functionality already included in your original purchase.
3. Your account
- You may create one account per person.
- You must provide accurate information at registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of other people without their consent.
- You must notify us immediately at dalimbo027@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Impersonate any person, entity, or Listroh itself.
- Post content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, our servers, or any connected systems.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
- Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
- Artificially inflate engagement metrics (e.g. fake followers, automated favourites).
- Use the Service in any way that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
5. Content you post
Ownership
You retain full ownership of the lists and other content you create. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to us.
Licence to us
By publishing content on Listroh, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service and for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to post the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We do not endorse user-generated content and are not liable for it.
6. Content moderation
All Top 10 lists are reviewed by our team before being published to the global feed. We may:
- Approve or reject any list at our discretion.
- Remove or unpublish content that violates these Terms at any time.
- Reject content without providing a reason, although we will generally provide a rejection reason in the app to help you revise and resubmit.
Submission for review does not guarantee publication. We aim to review submissions within a reasonable time but cannot guarantee specific turnaround times.
7. Reporting violations
If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, please report it to us at dalimbo027@gmail.com with a description of the issue and the relevant list title or username. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
8. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software that form part of the Listroh Service (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Listroh. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our written permission.
9. Suspension and termination
By us
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
- Violate any of these Terms.
- Engage in behaviour that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
- Provide false information at registration.
We will generally attempt to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of your purchase price.
By you
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your purchase remains valid on your Google Play account but you will not be able to use it without a new account.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any user-generated content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Listroh and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase the app.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Listroh and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email and require you to review and accept the updated Terms on your next app launch. The version number at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts under applicable consumer protection law, which these Terms do not override.
